Jennifer serves as our Clinical Manager. She is a proud graduate of Fort Hays State University. Jennifer has been a registered nurse for 32 years, 28 of which have been in the home care field. Jennifer served as a board member of the Kansas Home Care and Hospice Association.

Director of HR
Jody is a proud graduate of Emporia State University. She and her family have lived in Salina for the last 16 years. Jody has served on the board for the Salina Human Resource Management Association and is a SHRM Certified Professional. Jody has been the Director of HR at Accessible for seven years.

Amanda Randolph
Community Liaison
Amanda Randolph serves as our Community Liaison. Amanda is a graduate of Fort Hays State University where she earned her Bachelor degree in Business. She is a Salina native where she and her husband live with their four beautiful children. Amanda has a deep passion for helping people and stays very busy volunteering within the community.

Debra Bengston, RN BSN
Administrator and President
A graduate of the BSN Program at the University of Texas at Arlington, Debra Blomquist has been working within the home care field for 23 years. In 2008, Debra began Accessible Home Health providing care via Medicaid programs and then added Accessible Home Care which operates through Medicare in 2012. Debra served as a member of the Saline County Planning and Zoning Commission, previously a board member of the Salina Area Chamber of Commerce, on the advisory board of the Disability Planning Organization of Kansas, and as a member of the Professional Advisory Committee at Kansas Wesleyan Department of Nursing.

Richard Yaple, DO
Medical Director
Dr. Richard Yaple graduated from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and is Certified on the American Board of Osteopathic Internal Medicine. He is a specialist in Internal Medicine and has served as our Medical Director since 2012.

Jeff joined the Accessible team in August 2018. He received his BA in Business from Belmont University in Nashville and MBA from Missouri University of Science & Technology. He has worked in Accounting and Finance for 7 years in various roles.

Manager in Junction City. Heather was raised in Junction City and is passionate about her patients and community. Heather works personally within Junction City and surrounding areas to ensure loving and
professional care is provide within the home setting to meet patient needs.

Missy joined Accessible Home Health in July 2014. Missy then joined our Corporate Office staff in January 2016 as an Administrative Assistant. Missy has many years of health care experience and a strong background in rehabilitation and orthopedics. Missy is a Salina native and enjoys raising her family in the Salina community.

Margaret holds a Bachelor Degree of Healthcare Administration with a certification in Health Management. She has worked in the Healthcare billing field for the last 14 years. Margaret has been a Salina resident since 2004 and her dedication to the community can be seen in her volunteer work with The United Way, Altrusa International and the Order of the Golden Circle.

Kelsey joined our team in July 2018. She moved to Salina in 2011 with her husband and stayed at home for three years with their two beautiful children ages 6 and 3. She graduated in 2012 from Fort Hays State University with a Bachelor’s in Social Work.

Beckie Johnson started with Accessible in October of 2017 as an attendant caregiver and was promoted to Salina Office Assistant in 2020. She's a proud wife and mother of four and loves volunteering in the Salina community.
