Cydni Washington, LMSW
Community Liason

Cydni Washington serves as our Community Liaison for the Junction City area.  Cydni earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Kansas State University and has over 23 years of experience in this field. She most recently served as a hospital based social worker where she developed many relationships in the Junction City community.  Cydni’s mission is to do whatever she can to improve people’s quality of life and she has a deep passion for helping others.

Kelsey Burgess
Office Manager

Kelsey joined our team in July 2018. She moved to Salina in 2011 with her husband and stayed at home for three years with their two beautiful children ages 6 and 3. She graduated in 2012 from Fort Hays State University with a Bachelor’s in Social Work.

Patient Services Coordinator 

Krystal is an LPN and works as the Patient Services Coordinator for Accessible Home Care.  She joined Accessible for the flexible scheduling and family-focused fast paced atmosphere.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, horseback riding, and fishing.

Erica Brown, RN
Staff Nurse

Erica received her BSN from Fort Hays State University and has been working in the nursing field for over 4 years.  She learned about Accessible from a friend who also worked for the company and really loved her job, Erica now shares the same sentiment.  In her free time Erica loves to travel and visit family in Kansas, Missouri, and Florida.

She joined Accessible Home Care in September of 2019.  Kristina has previous experience in surgical/cardiovascular and progressive care and added another great asset to our team.  She enjoys the positive atmosphere at Accessible and our mission to help people.

Shaunna Barnes, RN
Staff Nurse

Shaunna received her RN from Manhattan Area Technical College.  She worked for four years in a critical access hospital and four years in the ER before joining Accessible Home Care.  She came to Accessible for the ability to spend more time with each of her patients, in order to build relationships and trust. She enjoys being able to watch her patients progress throughout their treatment journeys.

Angela graduated with her B.S.N from Oklahoma Panhandle State University.  She has over 10 years of Nursing Experience and is currently working toward her M.S.N degree. Outside of work Angela enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 children.

Jeni joined Accessible Home Care in September of 2019.  She has been in the nursing field for over three years and loves to help people feel better and gain a better quality of life. Jeni decided to come to Accessible for the flexible schedules and family friendly environment.

Carly Wann graduated from NCK Technical College and received her after attending Cloud County Community College. Carly worked in long term care before joining team Accessible. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her fiancé and children

Dawn Kenney joined team Accessible as an RN Case Manager in March 2019. Her favorite part of her job is the one on one time she gets to spend with each patient. Dawn loves to take her two kids camping and fishing.

Staff Nurse - Minneapolis

Wania LeClair earned her associates degree in nursing at Cloud County Community College. Since nursing school she has worked at Salina Regional Health Center’s Behavioral Unit in psychological nursing. Her favorite part about her job is maintaining her patient’s quality of life, while allowing them to remain in their homes.

Maddy received her LPN from North Central Kansas Technical College. She joined Accessible Home Care in September of 2019.  Maddy worked as an LPN in Geriatrics for 8 years and for the past year in Pediatrics. She loves working with people and helping them to achieve their goals in remaining at home for as long as possible.

Charlene Bonilla, LPN
Staff LPN

Charlene received her LPN license and graduated from Brown Mackie College in 2006. She has accumulated eight years of geriatric nursing experience and a year and a half of pediatric nursing experience. Charlene lends her skillful interaction and personal touch with clients in their homes to Accessible. In her free time, Carlene enjoys motorcycle rides, traveling, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Staff LPN

Christi joined Accessible Home Care in June of 2019.  She received her LPN education from NCK Tech in Beloit, KS.  Christi’s previous nursing experience has been in the field of long term care nursing and she is now taking online classes to further her education.  Christi decided to join Accessible because of the flexibility it provides and the friendly team.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her three boys and two dogs, and crafting.

Staff LPN

Kalisha received her LPN degree from Hutchinson Community College. She previously worked in pediatric home health care, and worked as a home health aide for Accessible Home Care before completing nursing school. In her free time Kalisha enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Mike Berger, SLP
Speech Language Pathologist

Mike has been practicing for 20 years including in major metropolitan hospitals and trauma centers, rehabilitation units, outpatient and home health settings.  In addition, he is certified as a LSVT Loud clinician as well as VitalStim certified.  Helping people regain their swallowing capabilities is one his greatest professional goals.  Outside of work, Mike enjoys playing tennis and riding bikes with his family.

Shelly Arnold, OTR
Occupational Therapist

Shelly graduated from Kansas Newman College with a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy. She has worked as Registered Occupational Therapist in Salina and surrounding areas throughout her career. She works full time for Central Kansas Cooperative in Education with children ages three to twenty-one. Shelly also enjoys working with adults and elderly home health patients for Accessible Home Care.

Amanda Gorrell, COTA
Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Amanda joined Team Accessible in December 2018. She graduated from Brown Mackie College in 2010 with an Associates of Applied Science. Amanda comes to us with seven years of home health experience and enjoys keeping her patients motivated to stay independent in their homes. When she's not working, Amanda enjoys being at home on the farm with her husband and son.

Physical Therapist Assistant

Tim has been an outpatient physical therapist for 27 years and involved with home health therapy for two years. He received his Bachelor's from KSU, his Master's at Fort Hays and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rockhurst University.

Danya Dent, PTA
Physical Therapy Assistant

Danya received her BS at University of Nebraska, Kearney in Exercise Science and received her PTA certification at Washburn University in Topeka. Aside from her education, she brings six years of health experience to Accessible. Danya joined Accessible in April 2014. Danya is the proud mother of two children. Danya is currently working towards becoming LSVT BIG certified, specializing in Parkinson’s Disease.

Tanya Martin, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant

Tanya received her AAS degree at Colby Community College in 2008. She was the director of rehab for three years in Smith Center prior to coming onto the Accessible Home Care team, she brings 9 years home health care and skilled nursing facility experience to Accessible. She takes pride in motivating patients to become confident, and independent in their home. Outside of her work, she’s a dedicated mother of 7 children.

Debra Blomquist
Administrator and Owner

A graduate of the BSN Program at the University of Texas at Arlington, Debra Blomquist has been working within the home care field for 30 years. In 2008, Debra began Accessible Home Health, providing care via Medicaid programs, then founded Accessible Home Care, which operates through Medicare, in 2012. Debra has served as a member of the Saline County Planning and Zoning Commission, as a board member of the Salina Area Chamber of Commerce, as President and a 17 year member of Salina Noon Network AMBUCS, on the advisory board of the Disability Planning Organization of Kansas, and as a member of the Professional Advisory Committee at Kansas Wesleyan Department of Nursing.

Richard Yaple, DO
Medical Director

Dr. Richard Yaple graduated from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and is Certified on the American Board of Osteopathic Internal Medicine. He is a specialist in Internal Medicine and has served as our Medical Director since 2012.

Seth Humphreys, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant

Seth joined Accessible Home Care in April 2015 as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. Seth is a 2014 Colby Community College graduate with an Associate of Applied Science degree and has experience in outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing facilities. He enjoys opportunities assisting people in reaching their goals and promoting healthy lifestyles.

Melissa Dimaplas
Home Health Aide

Melissa started working for Accessible Home Health in May 2009 as a Home Care Attendant. She currently holds a CNA license and recently earned her Home Health Aide license. Melissa has a caring and friendly attitude that has made her a favorite among our patients and clientele; providing excellent care and forming lasting patient relationships.

Sharon LaOrange
Home Health Aide

Sharon has been in the Home Health field for over 20 years and enjoys the one-on-one interactions with clients in their homes. Sharon has had some of her clients for 11 years and they have become family to her. She enjoys cooking new and interesting foods and making quilts with her clients. Sharon enjoys time with her children and husband when she is not working.

Heather Krehbiel, RN
Home Care Clinical Manager

Heather received her RN from Hesston College for Nursing and went on to work as a Pediatric nurse for the next 5 years.  She then decided to join Accessible Home Care.  Heather loves working in home health and being able to help her patients and transition back home.  During her free time outside of work she is either at one of her boys’ rodeos or wrestling matches!

Amanda Randolph
Community Liaison

Amanda Randolph serves as our Community Liaison. Amanda is a graduate of Fort Hays State University where she earned her Bachelor degree in Business. She is a Salina native where she and her husband live with their four beautiful children. Amanda has a deep passion for helping people and stays very busy volunteering within the community.

Each of our team members undergo a rigorous screening process prior to employment. You can rest assured our team is skilled, honest, competent and most of all caring. Pre-employment screening, at a minimum, criminal background check, driving record check, OIG and National Sex offender registry check, TB screening, reference checks, professional licensure verification as well as skills verification and completion of CPR certification. Employees undergo extensive pre-employment training on safety, ethics, MSDS, HIPAA, confidentiality, Medicare standards, Infection control, regulatory guidelines, prevention of fraud and abuse, detecting and reporting adult abuse. These are just a few of the many steps we take to ensure we have the best employees delivering exceptional care.
